Restoration Connect

1. Service Description

Restoration Connect provides marketing, call generation, and call routing services for restoration and home service professionals. The service consists of generating inbound phone calls from potential customers and routing those calls to participating service providers.

Restoration Connect does not provide restoration, construction, or home services and is not a party to any agreement between a service provider and a caller.

2. Nature of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Demand generation and marketing activities

  • Inbound call routing

  • Call tracking and reporting

Restoration Connect does not guarantee call volume, call timing, customer intent, job size, booking rates, or revenue outcomes. Performance may vary based on market demand, competition, seasonality, and external factors.

3. Payments and Billing

3.1 Deposits and One-Time Payments

Certain services may require a one-time payment or refundable deposit to activate call routing. Deposits apply toward the delivery of services as described at the time of purchase.

If no qualified call is delivered, refundable deposits may be refunded upon request.

3.2 Prepaid Call Credits and Subscriptions

Clients may also purchase prepaid call credits or recurring subscription services, depending on the selected offering. Charges apply only as described at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Restoration Connect does not store full payment card information.

4. Call Qualification

A routed call may be considered valid based on objective criteria such as:

  • Geographic relevance

  • Requested service category

  • Successful routing to the client’s provided phone number

Restoration Connect is responsible for call routing only and is not responsible for call outcomes, missed calls, customer decisions, or sales conversions.

5. No Guarantees

Restoration Connect does not guarantee business results, customer acquisition, or revenue. The service provides access to inbound demand but does not control caller behavior, call timing, or conversion outcomes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and routing information

  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner

  • Maintaining appropriate licensing and compliance with applicable laws

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restoration Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the services.

8. Termination

Services may be paused or terminated in accordance with the applicable billing terms. Restoration Connect reserves the right to suspend services in cases of misuse, non-payment, or policy violations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
